Cancellation Policy
SUPERKRAF believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.
Refunds and Returns
If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91 9321391347 or email us at superkrafindia@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. For feedback to our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide you with a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.
Non-Eligible Products for Return or Replacement
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any personalised product is not returnable
Products that are damaged during shipping are eligible for return.
Once the returned product is received by SUPERKRAF, you’ll receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration, and shipping information.
